Shipping Policy

Overview:

Our orders are shipped and fulfilled by Dsers Fulfilment Service and delivered directly to our customers. Delivery times depend on the method of delivery selected by the customer, but standard delivery takes a considerable amount longer than express delivery. As soon as an order is placed, it will be processed and submitted for shipping. We will contact the supplier to arrange for the product to be shipped to the customer. Once delivered, the order will be marked complete. 

• The standard shipping rate for customers in the United Kingdom is £5.99 (5 - 10 business days)
• Standard shipping rate for customers in the United States is $8 (3 - 17 business days)
• Standard shipping to customers in Europe is €11.95(2 - 11 business days).

• Please be aware that delivery can be disrupted by external factors like strikes in your local postal service or courier. As a result, you may receive our products later than you expected.

 

International delivery:

1)When your order reaches its destination, it may be subject to import duties and taxes. We cannot predict their amount since we have no control over these charges. If such import duties or taxes apply, you will be responsible for paying them. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.

2)Please ensure you comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are sent. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
